Hi, I’m Helen—a wife, mama of two, and someone who’s walked through the fog of postpartum, the weight of grief, and the identity shifts that motherhood brings. I created the FAB Mamas Collective because I couldn’t find the kind of support I needed after becoming a mom—the kind that holds space for both joy and struggle. [More about Helen.]

FAB stands for Flourish After Baby, because I believe postpartum doesn’t end at six or eight weeks. It’s a season of transformation—emotionally, physically, and mentally—and you deserve real, honest, empowering support as you navigate it.

This space was born out of my own healing, hard days, and deep desire to connect with other women who are also figuring it out. Here, we talk about motherhood without the filters. We hold space for burnout and breakthroughs. We honor the messy middle.

FAB Mamas Collective is a growing hub of resources, reflections, and coaching designed to support you through:

Postpartum transitions (yes, even months or years later)
Returning to work after maternity leave
Navigating grief, identity shifts, or major life changes
Creating calm, confidence, and community in motherhood

Our vision is a collective of mamas rising strong, rooted in their worth, and living whole, fulfilled lives beyond motherhood’s first chapter.
